I'd venture to say that as a produce company, we will never tire of preaching all of the benefits of fresh produce for a healthy life. 
April is "defeat diabetes" month and World Health Day falls on April 7. We feel there is no better time to talk about fresh produce and how the importance fruit and veggies play on a healthy lifestyle.
How do you incorporate fresh produce into your diet? It can be tricky especially if you're on the go and in a hurry. Most adults don't get the recommended amount of fresh produce, thus increasing their risk for health problems.
