A Carrot Hummus Pot for Easter
/The Lil' Coasters are back and hungry as ever! Based on your feedback, we made sure to get these bunnies together for another holiday. You loved what they made for Valentine's Day, so we know you'll love what they have in store for you.
The first recipe is a carrot hummus pot. What you'll need:
- Baby Carrots
- Curly Parsley
- Your favorite hummus
- Tooth picks
- Small terra cotta pots - washed clean
We prepped the curly parsley first, by trimming it to little pieces with just a little stem left.
We then poked a hole in the top of the carrots, so we can poke the parsley stem inside.
Then fill up your cleaned terra cotta pot with hummus.
Simple as that and you've got a crowd pleaser!
